Shipping policy

We currently only ship within Tennessee.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via USPS.

CBD Central Health and Wellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping is available in Tennessee only.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 335 W. Main Ste. E Gallatin, TN 37066. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am-8:00pm Monday- Saturday and 12:00pm-6:00pm Sunday. Please have your order confirmation and Photo ID

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Cbdcentraltn@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can better assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

All Sales are final.

However, we understand that special circumstances can occur, please contact the store directly at 615-206-8742 or send and email to cbdcentraltn@gmail.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible cbdcentraltn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
